TERMS OF SALE/PAYMENT

What types of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards and Apple pay. Full payment is required at the time your piece is ordered.

What currency will I be charged?

  • All prices are in NZD. You can get an idea of how that converts to your currency here.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

  • As prints are limited and numbered, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. If you need to change the shipping address get in touch as soon as possible. Once the print has shipped we cannot make any changes.

CARE AND HANDLING OF YOUR PRINT

How do I handle my fine art print?

  • Inkjet-based pigment prints on archival papers can be vulnerable to damage so they need to be handled with the utmost care, particularly the photo rag paper.

  • Make sure your hands are clean and dry before handling your art work or if possible we recommend wearing gloves.

  • Each print comes with a white border around the outside of the image. Always handle the print from around this border.

  • Please, wherever possible do not touch or handle your artwork on the image itself. If you have ordered an unframed print, we advise taking your print directly to your framer so handling is limited. You can contact us should you like more advice on care and handling.

How will my order be packaged?

  • Unframed fine art prints carefully rolled and layered delicately with acid free tissue paper to protects the prints. They are then packaged in thick mailing tubes made from recycled cardboard.

  • Custom Framed prints are extremely well packaged to ensure their safe arrival. They are packaged with the corners protected and double sided cushioning cardboard, then wrapped in bubble wrap.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we have free shipping for all unframed prints across Australia and New Zealand and then a flat rate of $30 for the rest of the world. For framed prints sent nationally and internationally see more on shipping here.

Will Covid effect shipping?

  • Timing and Delays: Though we ship UNFRAMED fine art prints within 5 to 10 working days of receiving your order, we ask you to allow approximately 3 weeks from when your order is placed. This allows extra time for any delays though it will most likely arrive sooner.
    If you have ordered your print to be framed within New Zealand we use specialist couriers. Not only does this ensure the safe travel and arrival of your art work it means a more timely delivery.

  • While we endeavour to have the prints, both unframed and framed, shipped as quickly as possible, there may be hold ups due to current world wide shipping delays. If this is the case you will be kept informed.

What is my art work arrives damaged?

  • If your artwork arrives damaged please contact us via email immediately.
    We will require photographic evidence to ascertain whether the damage happened during shipping. If this is the case then the replacement art work will be ordered immediately with no additional costs occurred.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND FEES

I am based outside of New Zealand, will there be any duties or additional taxes to pay when receiving my new art work?

  • Clients are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are not included in print or shipping costs. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area.

RETURNS

Am I able to return my artwork?

  • Our fine art prints are limited editions and individually printed to order, as such we do not accept returns. By purchasing one of our limited edition prints you are making a conscious commitment to purchase a limited edition fine art print that is personally printed and/or framed just for you.
